Florence I Eckhart

Florence I. Eckhart, 89 of Nazareth- Bushkill Twsp. PA. died on Sunday, March 20, 2016, at Easton Hospital. Born
October 2, 1926 in Upper Darby, PA, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Virgil (Sandt) Taylor. She was the
wife of the late Paul G. Eckhart, Sr. who passed away in 2006.
Florence was a Floorworker for the former Rosetta Sportswear, Belfast, PA. for many years before retiring. She was
a member of St. John''s U.C.C. church, Nazareth, PA. Florence was an avid bingo player who enjoyed the time
spent playing at various locations throughout the county. She also enjoyed working on crossword puzzles.
Surviving are sons; Paul G. Eckhart, Jr. and wife Judy of Nazareth, PA; Dale E. Eckhart and wife Dolores of Easton,
PA; A sister; Mrs. Audrey Berger of Wind Gap, PA; 3 Grandchildren: Ashley, Amber, and Shawn; 3 Great-
Grandchildren: Kenna, Conor, and Molly. She was predeceased by brothers, Edward and Robert Taylor, and a
sister, Shirley Grube.
A Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday March 24, 2016 at Bartholomew-Schisler Funeral Home, 211
E. Center Street Nazareth, PA. 18064. The family will receive friends from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM prior to the services.
Interment will follow in Hope Cemetery, (Hecktown) Lower Nazareth Twp., PA.
