Francis X. Fasching

Francis X. "Boomy" Fasching, 79 of Danielsville, passed away on Friday, July 17, 2020, at his home.

Born August 31, 1940 in Allentown, he was the son of the late Otto and Catherine (Morgan) Fasching. He and his wife Arlene (Decker) Fasching were married on July 29, 1967.

Francis worked as an Industrial mechanic at various breweries for many years before retiring at the Pabst Brewery, Foglesville in 2001.
He honorably served in the US Army during Vietnam and was a member of the American Legion, Oplinger Hower Post 899 and was a member of the Hemlock Sportsman Club since 1959 and president since 1970.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Terry S. and wife Penny Fasching of Beltzville, daughters, Eileen L. wife of Kenny Elder of Arizona, Christine M. Marshall of Lehighton, Frances V. wife of Tino Lispi of Lake Harmony, Theresa S. Arnold of Virginia, and Catherine B. wife of Rob Rupert of Mertztown, brother, Robert Fasching of Port Charlotte, FL, ten grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and two nieces. He was predeceased by brother, Michael Fasching.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
