Gail M. Green, 56 of Whitehall, passed away on Monday, November 1, 2021, at St. Luke's Hospital, Allentown.
Born August 16, 1965 in Lehighton, she was the daughter of Glenn and Clara (Green) Kichline of Danielsville and wife of John Hoffman.
She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Fullerton, and was an IT buyer for St. Luke's Hospital for twenty-five years. Gail honorably served in the US Air Force.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by her son, William Hoffman, sister, Kelly wife of Eric Heiney, and niece, Kendall Heiney.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Luke's Cancer Center in care of the funeral home.
