Georgette Kohler

Georgette Kohler, 63 of Northampton, PA, died on Thursday, February 3, 2022, at Lehigh Valley Hospital -Muhlenberg in Bethlehem, PA. Born Wednesday, September 17, 1958 in Wanamakers, PA, she was the daughter of the late Julius Eck and the late Florence (Landis) Eck. She was the wife of Thomas R. Kohler, Sr. with whom she shared 11 years of marriage this past July 31, 2021.

Georgette was last employed as the Line Lead at FMI, Allentown, PA. for the past 15 years. Prior to she was a Lead for the former Bon-Ton Warehouse, Whitehall, PA for 5 years, and prior to that she worked for Cross Country Clothes, Whitehall-Egypt, PA. Georgette enjoyed crafts, baking, yard sales, gardening, going to the shore with family, and spending time with her grandsons.

Surviving along with her husband Thomas, Sr. are sons, Thomas, Jr. and wife Becky and Todd and wife Elisabeth both of Northampton, PA, 2 grandsons: Zachary and Jacob, sisters, Rosemarie Wilhelm, Karen Sell, Sherry Pfenning, Dorthea Terfinko, Julia Keefer, brother Donald Eck, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by four brothers and a sister.

A Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday February 12, 2022 at Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Ave. Northampton, PA 18067. The family will receive friends from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM on Friday, February 11, 2022 and Saturday Feb. 12, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM both at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Northampton, PA.
