Gloria M. (Borger) Bartholomew

Gloria M. (Borger) Bartholomew, 92, formerly of Stagecoach Road, Towamensing Township, PA, died peacefully Thursday evening, August 20, 2026, at Mahoning Post Acute and Rehabilitation, Lehighton. She was the wife of the late Marvin E. Bartholomew who passed in 2019. Born in Slatington, she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Vera (Frey) Borger.

Gloria was employed as a seamstress by the former Scotty's Fashions Garment Co., Little Gap, for over 35 years. She was a member of Faith Alive Church, Palmerton, and the I.L.G.W.U. Gloria and her late husband were former stock car team owners and enjoyed traveling the regional circuit for many years.

Survivors: Daughters, Kay A. wife of Lamond Frantz, Faye J. wife of Michael Frable, and Dawn M. wife of David Sillers, all of Palmerton. Granddaughter, Shawn wife of Donald Dreher of Lehighton. 7 grandchildren. 9 great grandchildren. 10 great grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by sister, Carolyn Frable, and brothers, Marvin, and Gerald.
