Gloria Ann Delong

Gloria Ann (Buser) DeLong, 83, of Dorney Park Road, Allentown, S. Whitehall Township, died Wednesday morning, February 17, 2016, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township, Pennsylvania. She was the wife of the late Lester A. DeLong, who passed in 2009. Born in Harrisburg, Dauphin County, she was a daughter of the late Harry Buser, Sr., and Dorothy (Wike) McAllister.
Gloria Ann was employed by the former Cross Country Clothes-Botany 500 Group, Northampton, PA, as a Floor Supervisor for over 33 years. Later, she worked as a cashier for Wendy''s Old Fashioned Hamburgers, Tilghman Street, Allentown. She attended St. John''s United Church of Christ, Mickley''s Whitehall Township. She enjoyed playing bingo at the Rainbow Room, Allentown, and the Northampton Event Center. Gloria Ann was a Charter Member of the North Parkland Cheerleaders, who designed and created the first uniforms.
Survivors: Daughters, Linda DeLong of Orefield, Donna Horvath of White-Bear-Summit Hill, Dorothy wife of Kevin Fenstermaker of Jacksonville, FL, Cheryl wife of Chris Reppert of Allentown, Eileen wife of Kevin Litrenta of Schnecksville. Son, Allan and wife Diana of Orefield. 24 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren. Brothers, Barry Buser of North Carolina, John McAllister of Harrisburg, PA. Nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by daughter, Denise Krempasky in 2015, grandsons, Dennis and John Phillip, and great-grandson. Alexzander.
Services: 6:00 p.m. Monday, February 22, 2016, at Schisler Funeral Home, Inc, 2119 Washington Avenue, Northampton, PA 18067. Call, 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Monday, at the funeral home. Private Interment.
