Harold R. Souilliard

Harold R. Souilliard, 72 of Lehigh Township, formerly of Newburgh, NY, passed away on Tuesday, April 13, 2021, at Lehigh Valley Hospital Center, Salisbury Township.

Born January 17, 1949 in Allentown, he was the son of the late Ray H. and Doris G. (Spengler) Souilliard of Whitehall and husband of Caroline V. (Gerstenberg) Souilliard.

He worked at IBM in E. Fishkill, NY for thirty years, retiring from there in 1999 as an advisory engineer. He then worked at NXP for ten years and then Manheim Industry, Newburg, NY, finally retiring in 2020. He was also an Amateur HAM radio operator- KC2HAL.

In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by daughters, Sharon L. wife of Christopher Huminski of Arizona, Carrie A. Owen of South Carolina, Paula J. wife of Alex Anderson of Kentucky and Tammy L. wife of Mark VanWinkle of Texas, brother, Gary L. Souilliard and wife Susan of Bethlehem, sisters, Janice Kern Follweiler, wife of Kenneth of Kempton, and Gloria J. Kern of Northampton, eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM followed by a 2:00 PM funeral service, all on Monday, April 19, 2021 at the Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Avenue, Northampton, PA 18067.  Please adhere to social distancing guidelines and the wearing of facial coverings.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association in care of the funeral home.
