Helen J. Nicholson

Helen J. Nicholson, 94 of Nazareth, formerly of Enterprise, Alabama, passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, at St. Luke's Hospital - Anderson Campus, Bethlehem Township, PA.

Born January 3, 1928 in Fredericktown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Louis P. Natali and Helen (Bleishock) Natali. and wife of Frederick C. Nicholson.

Helen was a Registered Nurse, having graduated in 1948 from Capital City School of Nursing, Washington, DC, and worked as an OB and Occupational Health Nurse. She also volunteered for the Red Cross and Hospice.

In addition to her husband she is survived by, daughters, Natalie J. Siegfried of Nazareth, PA and Nancy A. wife of Rudolph Haynie of New Windsor, MD, son, Charles R. and wife Sally Nicholson of Scottsdale, AZ, brother, James and wife Mary Natali of Northfield, OH, seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was predeceased by eight brothers and sisters.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, followed by a 3:00 PM funeral service, all on Friday, September 9, 2022, at the Bartholomew-Schisler Funeral Home, 211 E. Center Street, Nazareth, Pennsylvania. A private interment will be held at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
