Helen B. Stewart

Helen B. (Broomhall) Stewart, 87, formerly of Northampton, died on Monday evening, July 26, 2021, at Whitehall Manor, Whitehall Twp. She was the wife of the late Richard W. Stewart who passed in 2018. Born in Fullerton, NE, she was a daughter of the late Bert L. and Elsie M. (Dawson) Broomhall.

Helen was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker. Previously, she was employed by the US Govt in the Pentagon, Washington DC, as a secretary for both FBI, and Dept of the Navy. She was a member of Good Shepherd Evangelical Lutheran Church, Kreidersville (Northampton). Helen was 1952 graduate and Valedictorian of Middleton High School, Idaho.

Survivors: daughter, Kathryn wife of Robert Tomecek of Catasauqua. sons, Scott W. and wife Debra of Bethlehem, Douglas R. and wife Valerie of Martins Creek. 5 grandchildren. 3 great granddaughters. sister, Evelyn M. Noesen of Star, ID. brother, Paul W. and wife Shirley of Star, ID. She was predeceased by sisters, Elberta McKean and Deani Broomhall, brother, Mick Broomhall and infant brother.

Services: 11:00AM Tuesday, Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 1335 Old Carriage Road, Northampton, PA 18067. Call, 10-11:00AM Tuesday in church. Interment, Allen Union Cemetery, 4th and Main Streets, Northampton. Arrangements, Schisler Funeral Home, Northampton.
