Helena M. Goral

Helena M. (Jonkisz) Goral, 77, of Stoney Ridge Road, Palmerton, Lower Towamensing Township, Pennsylvania, died Wednesday morning, November 7, 2018, at St. Luke's Hospital, Gnaden Huetten Memorial Campus, Lehighton. She was the wife of the late Sylwester Z. Goral, who passed in 2016. Born in Bielsko-Biala, Poland, she was a daughter of the late Rudolf and Elizabeth (Zender) Jonkisz.

Helena was employed as a machine operator for Merck Pharmaceuticals, Kenilworth, NJ, for over 20 years. She attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Palmerton.

Survivors: Daughter, Jolanta wife of James McCarthy of Merrimac, MA. Sons, Darius Z. and wife Lillian Goral of Andover, NJ, Daniel Goral of Palmerton. 4 grandchildren. Brother, Henry Jonkisz of Braunschweig, Germany. She was predeceased by 2 sisters, and a brother, Andrew.
