Hertha C. Langan

Hertha C. (Koeller) Langan , 90, of Lafayette Avenue, Palmerton, formally of New York, died peacefully Sunday evening, November 19, 2023, at Brookmont Healthcare Center, Effort, Chestnuthill Twp., Monroe County.  She was the wife of the late Charles Langan, who passed in 1999.  Born in New York, she was a daughter of the late Martin and Lina (Huske) Koeller.

Hertha was employed as comptometer operator by the AT&T Corp., New York.  Later, she worked as a florist in Floral Park, NY, for several years.  Hertha was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Palmerton.  An avid reader, she enjoyed being a member of the Palmerton Library Book Club.

Survivors: Daughter, Patricia wife of Matthew Buhse of Coram, NY.  Son, Kevin Langan.  2 grandsons, Dylan and Patrick.  Brother, Martin W. Koeller with whom she resided.  Several nieces and nephews.
