Jack Heffelfinger , 66, of Walnutport, PA, passed away September 21, 2022, at Lehigh Valley Hospital. Born January 16, 1956 in Allentown, PA, he was the son of the late Donald Heffelfinger and the late Eleanor (Deri) Heffelfinger. He was the husband of Ruth (Strohl) Heffelfinger, with whom he just shared 38 loving years of marriage.

After high school, Jack went on to work at Chiles & Sullivan Construction for a few years before starting work at Lafarge. In his 38 years there, he worked as a PUO, and a material handler in the unloading station, before retiring in 2018. Jack loved farming, tinkering around in the barn, fixing and building all sorts of different things. He also enjoyed hunting and butchering. He was a life member at the American Club in Coplay, a member at Blue Mountain Fish and Game, and The Roosevelt Demo Club of Danielsville.

Survivors: Wife.  Daughters, Jamie wife of Gregory Schmalzer, and Heather wife of Larry Heckman III.  Brothers, Rick Heffelfinger and wife Jeannie, and Brad Heffelfinger.  Sister, Kelly wife of Jim Mack, half-sister Rachel Prutzman, and grandson Ryan Heckman.

Services: A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Monday, September 26, 2022 at Campton Funeral Home, 525 Delaware Avenue Palmerton, PA 18071, with the Rev. Dr. Dean Frey officiating. Family and friends may call prior to the service from 10:00 a.m., up to the time of service.  Interment will follow at Danielsville Union Cemetery, Danielsville, PA.
