James "Jimmy" A. Apgar, III , 30, of Pohopoco Drive North, Kunkletown, Polk Twp., Monroe County, died suddenly as a result of a motorcycle accident Saturday evening, June 24, 2023, in Palmerton. Born in Allentown, he was the son of James A., Jr. and Georgeanne R. (Nelson) Apgar with whom he resided.
James was employed as a machinist by the Whitte Corp., Washington, NJ. Previously, he worked in merchandising for PepsiCo. and as an inventory manager for Daniels BMW, Allentown. A 2011 graduate of the Palmerton High School, he later graduated from LCCC, Schnecksville. James was an avid car enthusiast and snowboarder, who enjoyed his red BMW M3, and instructing at Blue Mountain Resort, Palmerton.
Survivors: Parents. Several aunts, uncles, cousins, and his many friends. He was predeceased by a cousin, Sean Apgar in 2006.
