James J. Watts

James J. Watts, 48 of Nazareth, PA, passed away on Friday, August 28, 2026, at his residence. Born June 25, 1978 in Merced, CA, he was the son of Richard Watts and Joanne (Tuorinsky) Watts.

James was a graduate of Northampton Area High School. He was employed by Sussex Wire as a quality control inspector, and priorly by MW Components in the same position. James was an immense Star Trek fan and was always interested in space, along with the world beyond Earth. He was an avid NASCAR fan.

Surviving along with is parents are brothers, Gregory C. Watts of Nazareth, PA and Mark R. Watts of Northampton, PA.

A Funeral Service will be at 2:00 PM on Wednesday September 2, 2026, at Schisler Funeral Home, Northampton, PA, 18067, with Pastor Scott Weldon officiating. The family will receive relatives and friends from 1:00 PM up until the time of service. Burial will be at Sparta Presbyterian Methodist Cemetery, Sparta NJ, 07871, on Thursday September 3, 2026, at 11:00AM.
