James R. Yost, Sr., 69, of Canal Street, Northampton, died Saturday afternoon, Mar 10, 2018, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg Campus, Bethlehem. He was the husband of Darlene (Devan) Yost since Oct 15, 1974. Born in Lock Haven, Clinton County, he was a son of the late James D., Sr. and Geraldine (Heberly) Yost.
James was employed as a electronic tech for C-Cor Company, State College. Previously, he worked in same capacity for Lehigh Electronics, Air Products Corp, and the former Western Electric. James was an avid model train enthusiast.
Survivors: wife. daughter, Brenda wife of Terry Rachau of Mill Hall. sons, James R. Jr. of PA, Joseph A. and wife Mindi of Quakertown. 8 grandchildren. 2 great grandchildren. sisters, Jeannie Bingman wife of Dale Eebe of Whitesville, NY, Darlene wife of James Koch of Lock Haven. brothers, Rick of IN, Timothy of Lock Haven. several nieces and nephews.
