Janina R. Horbacz

Janina R. (Duchniewicz) Horbacz , 74, of James Street, Lehighton, Towamensing Township, Pennsylvania, died Monday afternoon, January 31, 2022, at Geisinger St. Luke's Hospital, Orwigsburg, Schuylkill County.  She was the wife of the late Chester A. Horbacz who passed in 1995.  Born in Szprotawie, Poland, she was a daughter of the late Jerzego and Rozalii (Koziol) Duchniewicz.

Janina was employed for many years in the warehouse and supply department of Petrie Retail, Secaucus, NJ.  She attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Palmerton.

Survivors: Son, Chester, with whom she resided.  Sister, Christine Lew of CA.  Nieces, Halina Lew, and Barbara Lew Fenney.

Services: 10:00 a.m., Monday, February 7, 2022, Campton Funeral Home, 525 Delaware Avenue, Palmerton, PA 18071.
