Jean M. Jones

Jean M. Jones, 94 of Northumberland, PA. formerly of Whitehall-Fullerton, PA, passed away on Thursday, January 21, 2021, at Nottingham Village in Northumberland, PA. Born February 20, 1926 in Whitehall, PA, she was the daughter of the late Charles Grow and the late Alice (Hausman) Grow. She was the wife of the late Frederick T. Jones, Jr. who passed away August 15, 2001.

Jean was a sewer for Chorney Upholstery of Allentown for 15 years before retiring in 1975. She was a former member of St. John's U.C.C. Church, Whitehall, PA.

She is survived by a daughter, Kathleen A. wife of Stephen Zappe of Danville, PA; a grandson and a great-grandson.

A private graveside service will be held at Garden of Peace Cemetery, Whitehall, PA. The Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Avenue, Northampton, PA. 18067 is honored to handle her arrangements.
