Joan A. Kopfer-Yocum

Joan A. Kopfer-Yocum , 63 of Upper Macungie Twp, Pennsylvania died on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Born, October 18, 1959 in Allentown, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Alfred Kopfer and the late Joan (Fritz) Kopfer.

Joan was a graduate of Whitehall-Coplay High School and was employed by Phoebe Ministries as a nurse's aide for over 30 years.

She enjoyed caring for people, scrapbooking, and doing family genealogies.

Survivors: Surviving are daughter, Ms. Candice J. Yocum of Scranton, PA, Grandchildren, Haley, Zachary, and Lilyanna, sisters, Susan M. Koren wife of Michael of Charleston, IL and Heidi R. Bishop of Northampton, 2 uncles, 2 nieces, 4 nephews, 2 grand-nephews, and 3 grand-nieces. She was predeceased by grandson, Jason.

Services: Services will be anncounced at a later date.

Contributions: In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made on Joan's behalf to the Yocum family for services, sent care of the funeral home.
