Joan Agnes Molnar

Joan Agnes Molnar, 81 of Frederick, MD. passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2023, in Frederick, MD. Born February 15, 1942 in Manhattan, New York, she was the daughter of the late John Yost and Ann (Koback) Yost.

Joan was a Registered Nurse for 45 years last employed at Maimonides Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY. until retiring in January 2008. She was a member of the New York Nurses Association.

Surviving are son, Joseph Molnar, Jr. of Staten Island, NY, daughter, Joanne K. Roberts of Frederick, MD, brother, John C. Yost of Amsterdam, Netherlands; 2 Grandchildren, Steven and Kimberly Roberts.

A Burial Service will be held at 11:30 AM on March 25, 2023 at Assumption Virgin Mary Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 1301 Newport Ave. Northampton, PA. 18067 with the Rev. Fr. Oleg Kravchenko officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM prior to services in the Church. Interment will follow in Assumpution Virgin Mary Ukrainian Orthodox Cemetery, Northampton, PA. Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Avenue, Northampton, PA 18067.
