John "Jack" E. Cassidy
, 82, of Little Gap Estates, Lower Towamensing Township, Palmerton, Pennsylvania, died peacefully early Monday morning, July 17, 2017, in his home. He was the husband of Kathleen A. (Mullen) Cassidy since February 11, 1956. Born in Trenton, New Jersey, he was a son of the late John and Edith (Castle) Cassidy.
Jack was employed as a Quality Assurance Engineer for the General Electric Corporation, King of Prussia, for 36 years, retiring in 1992. He served his country honorably in the Marine Corps Reserve. Jack enjoyed music, and was an avid drummer over the years.
Survivors:
Wife, Kathleen. Daughters, Constance wife of Tim Malloy of Fleetwood, Berks County, and Denise wife of Jeffrey Dietsch of Walnutport. Son, John J. Cassidy of Camden, New Jersey. 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
