John R. Freyman
, 63, of Lehighton, Pennsylvania, died Sunday, April 2, 2017, at Blue Mountain Health Systems - Lehighton Campus, in Lehighton, Pennsylvania. Born on Friday, September 18, 1953 in Palmerton, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late John Freyman and Mrs. Irene D.(Cebrosky) Freyman.
John was employed as a land surveyor for Bradbury Surveying Company, Allentown. He was a 1970 graduate of the Lehighton High School. John was a member of the Packerton Old Timers Club. An avid fly fisherman, John became an accomplished fly tyer over the years. He earned his private pilot license, and was a member of the sixteen solo club at the original grass strip of the Jake Arner Memorial Airport, Mahoning Township. John also enjoyed glider flying out of the Slatington Airport.

Mother, Irene, and a brother, Bruce R. and wife Cynthia B. Freyman, of Coaldale, Pennsylvania. Nephew, Bruce J. and wife Tami of Coaldale. Uncle, Charles Cebrosky of Palmerton. Several cousins. Beloved cat, Mr. Kitty.
Services:
Private Graveside Services. Interment, at Packerton Cemetery, Beaver Street, Mahoning Township. Arrangements are by Campton Funeral Home, 525 Delaware Avenue, Palmerton, PA 18071.
