Joseph C. Basovsky

Joseph C. Basovsky, 73, resident of Gracedale, Northampton County Home for the Aged, Nazareth, formerly of E. Ridge Street, Coaldale, Schuylkill County, died Friday afternoon, July 7, 2023, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Hecktown Oaks Campus, Easton.  Born in Coaldale, he was a son of the late Anthony J. and Martha M. (Mikolay) Basovsky.

Joseph was employed as a shipping clerk for Loomtogs Manufacturing Co., Summit Hill.  He was a member of St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Summit Hill, and previously attended the former Sts. Cyril and Methodius Parish.  He was a 1968 graduate of the Panther Valley High School.

Survivors: Brother, Thomas A. and wife Helen Basovsky of Northampton.
