Joseph Schock, Jr., 91 of Northampton, died on Sunday, June 12, 2016, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg,
Bethlehem.
He was the son of the late Joseph Schock and Josephine Schock. He and his wife of 63 years, Dorothy (Schupsky)
Schock, were married on May 3, 1953.
He was a self employed contractor and bricklayer for many years before retiring.
He was a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Holy Trinity, Northampton and honorably served in the
US Army during World War II.
In addition to his wife he is survived by brother, James Schock of Northampton and many nieces and nephews .
He was predeceased by brothers, Frederick, Franklin and Richard Schock, sisters, Mary Piscitelli and Irma Schock.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM on Friday, June
17, 2016, at the Schisler Funeral Home 2119 Washington Avenue, Northampton.
Interment will be in Arlington Memorial Park, Whitehall.
