Joseph N. Keppol, Sr.

Joseph N. Keppol, Sr., 73 of Kunkletown, Pennsylvania, passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2021, at his home.  Born March 21, 1947 in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Norman and Florence (Wrenn) Keppol. He was the husband of Angeline Keppol with whom he shared 53 years of marriage.

Joseph proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was employed by United States Post Office, where he worked as an electrician.  In his spare time, Joe was an active member in a Vietnam Vet Motorcycle Club. He also loved building race cars.

Survivors: Surviving are wife Angeline, sons, Joseph Keppol, Jr. of Kunkletown, PA, Jay Keppol of Norristown, PA and Jonathan Keppol of Bensalem, PA, brothers, Gene Keppol, Billy Keppol and David Keppol, sister, Noreen Orndorf.  Grandchildren Amber, Teena, Ty, Kyle, Robert, and Joseph. He was predeceased by brother, Richard Keppol.

Services: Visitation will be held at Campton Funeral Home, 525 Delaware Avenue, Palmerton, PA 18071 on Monday, February 15, 2021 from 9:00-10:00 a.m. with a funeral service immediately following at 10:00 a.m. Social distancing practices will be maintained and masks are required.  Please refrain from gathering in large groups while in the funeral home.
