Joseph E. Snyder, 58 of North Catasauqua, passed away Saturday, December 24, 2016, Lehigh Valley Hospital
Muhlenberg Campus, Bethlehem, PA. Born May 26, 1958 in Allentown, he was the son of the late Eugene R.
Snyder and Gloria J. (Feidler) Snyder of Schnecksville. He was the husband of the late Anne L. (Lundy) Snyder who
passed away in July 2010.
Joseph was a scheduler for the Kistler O'Brien Fire Protection of Bethlehem for over 15 years before retiring in 2015.
A member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Northampton where he served as a former consistory member for
several years.
In addition to his mother he is survived by brother, Bob L. Snyder and wife Joni of Schnecksville; sister, Judy A. wife
of Shaun Wallace of Encinitas, CA, a nephew Joseph and niece Kelly.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, December 29, 2016 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM followed by a 1:00 PM
memorial service at St. Paul's United Church of Christ, 105 E. 19th Street Northampton. Interment will follow in
Fairview Cemetery, Northampton.
Memorial contributions may be made to the church memorial fund in care of the Schisler Funeral Home 2119
