Josephine Caponigro

Josephine Caponigro, 84 of Doylestown, passed away on Friday, November 8, 2019, at Abington Memorial Hospital, Abington, Pennsylvania. Born January 28, 1935 in Jersey City, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Bertha Ford.

She was an executive secretary for American Express for many years before retiring. She was an amazing Mom and Bopchi and took great joy raising her family. Anyone whose life was touched by her was truly blessed.

She is survived by sons, John Caponigro and wife Dawn of Nazareth, and James Caponigro and his wife Martha of Matawan, NJ, daughter, Joyce wife of Billy Ng of Richboro, PA, grandchildren, Michael, Daniel, Christopher, Jessica, Gabrielle, and Olivia, .

She was predeceased by brothers, Theodore Ford and Edward Ford and former husband Gerald Caponigro.

The family will receive friends from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM followed by a 12:00 PM funeral service, all on Saturday, November 16, 2019, at the Bartholomew-Schisler Funeral Home, 211 E. Center Street, Nazareth, Pennsylvania 19064.
