Josephine B. Kopp

Josephine B. Kopp, 88 of Mohrsville, PA. formerly of Walnutport and Emmaus, PA. died on Sunday, May 29, 2016, at her daughters home. Born January 10, 1928 in York, PA. she was the daughter of the late Harold F. Bousum and Minerva (Lau) Bousum. She was the wife of the late George E. Kopp who passed away in 2003.
Josephine was employed in the housekeeping dept. of the former Allentown Osteopathic Hospital for 10 years before retiring in 1988. She attended Mohrsville Church of the Brethren, Mohrsville, PA.
Surviving are daughter; Wanda J. wife of John Boyer, Mohrsville, PA.
son, Allen W. Kopp and wife Debra of Greensboro, NC; sister; Geraldine wife of Kenneth Hilbert of Bowling Green, KY; 5 Grandchildren; Amy wife of Jeffery Searfoss, Timothy Boyer and wife Jacquelyn, Christina wife of Stephen Bare, Louis Boyer, Charae wife of James Thornsberry.13 Great- Grandchildren. She was predeceased by a sister Dorcas Smith and a granddaughter, Josephine Rose Kopp.
A Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday June 2, 2016 at Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Avenue, Northampton, PA. 18067.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM prior to the services. Interment will follow in Indianland Cemetery Association, Cherryville, PA.
