Joshua Q. Kressler , 42, of Northampton, died suddenly and tragically Wednesday, November 10, 2021, in Allentown, PA. Born in Reading, Berks County, he was a son of the late James Q. Kressler and Patricia A. (Peters)wife of Ron P. Knopf of Northampton.

Joshua was employed over the years by various construction contractors. A 1997 graduate of the Northampton High School, he then served in the Marine Corps, Persian Gulf, achieved rank of CPL. Joshua attended St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Northampton, and was an avid Philadelphia Eagles Fan.

Survivors: mother. stepfather. maternal grandmother, Emilie (Schoener) Peters of Northampton. stepmother, Robin (Mahaletz) Kressler of Allentown. sons, Everett and Dawkin Kressler of Phoenixville. sister, Kippi Kressler of Allentown. brothers, Jon and wife Chantelle Leshko of Center Valley, Zak Kressler of Allentown, Adam Knopf of Northampton. niece, Cambria Leshko. aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Services: 11:00AM Thursday, Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Avenue, Northampton, PA 18067. Call, 7-8:30PM Wednesday and 10-11:00AM Thursday in funeral home. Private Interment, Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
