Karen J. Egan

Karen J. Egan , 79 formerly of Bethlehem, PA, passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2023, at Alexandria Manor in Nazareth. Born September 21, 1944 in Lehighton, she was the daughter of the late William G. and Jeanette I. (Heiser) Hubitsky.

She was a 1965 graduate of St. Luke's School of Nursing and worked at St. Luke's Hospital, Bethlehem, Georgetown Hospital, Washington, DC, and Liberty Nursing and Rehab Center, Allentown, before retiring.

Survivors: She is survived by sons, William P. Egan, Jr. and wife Robin D. of Bath, PA and Michael D. Egan of Sacramento, CA.  Five grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and dear friends from nursing school and Alexandria Manor, Nazareth.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by an 11:00 AM funeral service, all on Friday, October 13, 2023, at Miller Funeral Home, 137 Fairview Street, Lehighton, PA 18235.
