Karen A. Wuest

Karen A. Wuest , 65 of Norristown, passed away on Monday, February 5, 2024, at Suburban Woods in Norristown, Pennsylvania.

Born May 20, 1958 in Fountain Hill, she was the daughter of the late Marvin S. and Barbara A. (Saylor) Wuest.

She was a Nurse Practitioner at Temple University Hospital for over thirty years, retiring in 2014. Karen was a professional singer for over thirty years, having sung with the Temple University Opera Theater, Pennsylvania Opera Theater, and many other choirs.
Karen attended the First Presbyterian Church, Germantown.

She is survived by sisters, Kim W. wife of David Kmetz of Easton, and Cynthia W. wife of Peter Miller of Harrisburg, nieces and nephews, Amanda wife of Ahmed Shehata, Christian and wife Rachel Kmetz, Leslie Kmetz, Justin Miller, and Trent Miller, great niece and nephew, Jason Miller and Ramona Kmetz.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are being handled by the Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Avenue, Northampton, PA 18067.
