Kenneth W. Beichey , 68 of Northampton, passed away on Thursday, March 23, 2023, at his home.

Born September 26, 1954 in Allentown, he was the son of the late Herbert H. and Frances M. (Sherman) Beichey. He and his wife Valerie L. (Ross) Beichey were married on August 25, 1973.

He was a manager at Northampton Auto Parts for 36 years and then worked for National Auto Stores for six years before retiring in 2018. He was a life member of the Northampton Fire Department and past president of the former Central Fire Department, Northampton. he was an officer for the Lappawinzo Fish and Game Association and a past member of the Northampton Exchange Club. Kenneth was a former baseball coach at NAA for ten years and an umpire for the Lehigh Valley Little League Baseball League for ten years with his friend Brian Muschko. He was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Kreidersville.

Survivors: In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Benjamin R. and wife Jennifer Beichey of Chatham, NJ, with grandchildren, Lillian and Harrison, daughter, Beth A. wife of Truck Tomsic of Walnutport, brothers, Michael Beichey of Northampton, and Dean and wife Stacy Beichey of Northampton.

Services: The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by an 11:00AM memorial service, all on Thursday, March 30, 2023, at the Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Avenue, Northampton, Pennsylvania 18067.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Tunnels to Towers Foundation, in care of the funeral home.
