Kenneth F. Rash

Kenneth F. Rash, 95, of Nazareth, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 31, 2019, in his residence.

He was the beloved fiancé of Elaine T. (Thyhsen) Sheninger of Nazareth.

Born in Nazareth on March 8, 1924, he was the son of the late Thomas F. and Margaret (Williams) Rash.

He was a proud United States Army veteran who served his country in World War II from 1943-1946. Shortly after being drafted, he obtained his GED.

Kenneth was employed by the Dixie Cup Company and owned and operated his own excavating company.

In addition to his fiancée, Elaine, he is survived by several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by one brother, four sisters, and one stepsister.

A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, April 6, 2019, at Bartholomew-Schisler Funeral Home at 211 E. Center St., Nazareth, PA 18064, with Champlain Scott Fabare officiating. The family will receive friends from 10-11 AM at the Funeral Home one hour prior to the service. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
