Kevin K. Kromer , 59 of Walnutport, PA, passed away peacefully in his home Sunday, September 22, 2024. Born January 28, 1965 in Allentown, PA, he was the son of Harold Kromer of Walnutport, PA and Renae Voght of Slatington, PA. He was the husband of Kelly L. (Hay) Kromer with whom he shared 28 years of marriage this past May 26, 2024.

Kevin was a 1983 graduate of Northampton Area Senior High School. Kevin owned and operated Kromer Plumbing, Heating and Air, Walnutport, PA for the past 32 years. He was a member of Hope Lutheran Church, Cherryville, PA, and was a member of the Motorcycle Group-B.A.C.K.- Bikers Against Cop Killers-Mountain Chapter. Kevin had a passion for racing, and as a Stock Car Racer, he has raced for years at the former Dorney Park Speedway, Allentown, Mahoning Valley Speedway, Lehighton, PA, Evergreen Raceway, Drums, PA and Pocono Raceway, Long Pond, PA to name a few. In the last few years, he was racing in the Grand National Super Series touring circuit. He and his wife Kelly are the founders of the Non-profit Group, Mission R.A.C.E.R. Kevin also had a love of the outdoors and enjoyed hunting and was a member of the Unionville Ridge Runners, Unionville, PA. He also enjoyed camping, riding his Harley Davidson, and fishing as a family with his grandsons.

Surviving along with his wife and parents are daughter, Nicole Kromer and Louis Soto of Northampton, PA, sons, Aaron B. Kromer and wife Tanya of Walnutport, PA and Kyle A. Kromer and wife Karlie of Danielsville, PA, sister, Wanda Lalik of Walnutport, PA; 2 grandsons, Kamron and Lennox, mother-in-law, Sharon Hay-Royer, Allentown, PA He was predeceased by brother, Randy Kromer in 2007 and granddaughter Leilene Soto in 2019.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday September 26, 2024 at Hope Lutheran Church, 4131 Lehigh Drive, Cherryville, PA 18035. Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Avenue, Northampton, PA 18067 has been entrusted with his care and services. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
