, 62, of Albrightsville, Pennsylvania, died Tuesday, July 4, 2017, at his residence after a valiant fight against cancer. Born June 28, 1955 in Terre Haute, Indiana, he was the son of the late Larry Samuels and the late Nancy (Meyer) Samuels.
L. Scott was last employed as a carpenter by Pappas Construction, Slatington, PA, for 2 years until taking ill. He was a life-long Harley Davidson enthusiast who enjoyed riding. He was also proud of the fact that he had 25 years of sobriety with AA.
Survivors: He leaves behind, daughters, Sadie J. Samuels of North Highlands, California, and Carly F. Samuels of Reno, Nevada. Brothers, Steven R. Samuels of Albrightsville, PA, and David W. and wife Jean Samuels of Mechanicsville, Virginia, as well as a niece.
Services: Services will be at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 137 Fairview Street, Lehighton, PA 18235. Online condolences may be left at www.schislerfuneralhomes.com
