Laura M. Sterling

Laura M. (Snell) Sterling , 83, of Valley View Road, Lehighton, Mahoning Township, Pennsylvania, died suddenly early Sunday morning, December 26, 2021, in her home.  She was the wife of the late Norman J. Sterling, Sr., who passed in 2018.  Born in Lehighton, she was a daughter of the late Frank, Sr. and Mabel Snell.

Laura was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker.  She attended the Church of the Brethren, Long Run, Franklin Township.  Laura enjoyed spending time with her family, casino trips, and attending bingo at the boys and girls band hall, Lehighton.

Survivors: Daughter, Denice P. Kibler with whom she resided.  Sons, Brian and wife Sandy, Charlie, and Jody and wife Kathy, all of Lehighton.  9 grandchildren.  4 great-grandchildren.  Sister, Shirley Vogel of Wind Gap.  Brothers, Frank, Jr., and wife Kathy of NY, Bobby, and Ricky and wife Denise, all of NC.  Numerous nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by daughter, Cheryl Rice in 2010, and 14 siblings.
