Leonard M. Gavel Jr.

Leonard M. Gavel, Jr. , 73 of Walnutport, PA, passed away on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at St. Luke's Hospital - Carbon Campus in Lehighton, PA. Born February 15, 1952 in Wilkes Barre, PA, he was the son of the late Leonard M. Gavel, Sr. 1 and the late Dorothy (Witinski) Gavel. He was the husband of Pearl M. (Hutchins) Gavel of Allentown, PA.

Leonard was a High School graduate who went on to earn his teaching credentials and became a Teacher for several years.

Surviving along with his wife Pearl are daughter, Veronica Gavel and sister-in-law Leona Yekel both of Hunlock Creek, PA.

Services are under the care of Miller Funeral Home, 137 Fairview Street, Lehighton, PA 18235.
