Leonard Nicholas Starkey

Leonard N. Starkey , 70 of Palmerton, PA died on Sunday, July 2, 2017, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Twp., PA. Born September 14, 1946 in New Boston, PA he was the son of the late Nicholas and Irene (Craynock) Starkey. He was the husband of Geraldine (Deriscavage) Starkey.

He was a graduate of Spring Garden College and was employed by Air Products & Chemicals in Trexlertown, PA for over 30 years as a mechanical engineer. Len enjoyed motorcycles, fishing, gardening, tinkering in the garage, spending time with his cats, and attending classic rock and blues concerts.

Survivors: Survivors include his wife Geraldine; son, Jason Starkey, Ph. D. and his wife Heather Starkey, Ph. D., daughter, Melissa Starkey, Ph. D. and her partner Scott Cullen, Esquire.
