Lester R. Bundy, Jr.

Lester Bundy, Jr., 71 of Whitehall, PA passed away on Tuesday, September 3, 2019, at his residence. Born October 15, 1947 in Northampton, PA. he was the son of the late Lester Bundy, Sr. and the late Louella (Shearer) Bundy. He was the husband of Linda (Newhard) Bundy for the past 15 years.

Lester was last employed as the sexton for the former St. Lawrence R.C. Church, North Catasauqua, PA. Prior to that he worked for 30 years as a foreman for the Bethlehem Steel Corp., Bethlehem, PA. Lester was a present member of St. John Fisher R.C. Church, formerly St. Lawrence R.C Church.

Surviving along with his wife Linda; are son, Troy Bundy and wife Jean of Easton, PA, daughter, Colleen A. Gubish, companion of Michael Burns of Walnutport, PA, sister, Linda wife of Nelson Snyder of Whitehall, PA; 2 grandchildren, Eric Jr. and Andrea.

A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Friday September 6, 2019 at Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Avenue Northampton, PA 18067 with Deacon Jack O'Connell officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM prior to funeral services. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Northampton, PA.
