Lillian Mae Ramsay
, 78 of Whitehall, died on Monday, June 12, 2017, at her home. Born October 11, 1938 in Tylersport, PA, she was the daughter of the late Floyd and Naomi Mae (Deetz) Allem. She and her husband, the Rev. Thomas Ramsay were married on July 4, 1959 and together have celebrated 57 years of marriage last July 4,2016.
Lillian was a housewife, caring for her family. She loved gardening, bird watching, canning, cooking, cleaning, crafts of any kind, and entertaining family and friends.
Survivors:
In addition to her husband, she is survived by son, John Matthew and wife Barbara Jean Ramsay of Magnolia, DE, daughter, Dorcas Mae "Dorie" Ramsay of Whitehall, sisters, Blanche wife of Lyle Trunk of Allentown, PA, Ruth wife of Rev. John Hevalow of Lynwood, PA, and Judi wife of Donald Smith of Allentown, PA. 7- Grandchildren: Paul, Ashley, Jonathan, Abagayle, Mariamay, Reba and Amanda; 12- Great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by son, Paul Thomas Ramsay, I and a brother, Floyd Allem.
Services:
The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 17, 2017 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM followed by a Memorial Service at 1:00PM at God's Missionary Church, 4240 E. Landis Street, Coopersburg, PA 18036 with the Rev. Rick Fischl officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Ave, Northampton, PA 18067.
