Linda Dunbar

Linda L. (Miner) Dunbar , 77, of Kennetta Lane, Palmerton, Towamensing Township, PA, died peacefully early Monday morning, October 31, 2022, at her home.  She was the wife of Melvin "Buddy" F. Dunbar since December 28, 1963.  Born in Lehighton, she was the daughter of the late Hayden and Lillian (Mengle) Miner.

Linda was employed in the purchasing and administration department of the former NJ Zinc Co., Palmerton.  Later, she worked in the laboratory of the Miller Blood Bank, Bethlehem.  Linda was an avid artist, working with clay, soap, jewelry, and wine making.  She was a graduate of both Lehighton High School, and Penn State University.

Survivors: Husband.  Sons, Richard A. and wife Kerry of Terre Haute, IN, and Jamie A. and wife Heather of Tamaqua.  10 grandchildren.  4 great-grandchildren.  She was predeceased by son, David A. in 2016.
