Lois M. Diehl

Lois M. Diehl , 82 of Nazareth, PA, formerly of Northampton, PA passed away on Sunday, December 1, 2024, at Gracedale Nursing Home in Nazareth, PA. Born November 25, 1942, in Northampton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Wayne Michael and the late Marian (Hess) Michael. She was the wife of the late Robert P. Diehl who passed away in May 2007.

Lois was a graduate of Whitehall High School who was last employed as a Certified Nursing Aide at the former Leader Nursing Home, Bethlehem, PA. Prior to she worked as a Retail Clerk for the former Leh's Department Store, Bethlehem, and prior to that she worked for the former Clyde Shirt Factory, Northampton, PA as a sewer. Lois was a member of Slatington Baptist Church, Slatington, PA, and a member of the Raccoon Club, Northampton, PA

Surviving are sons, Bryan R. Diehl and wife Kimberly, Todd D. Diehl, daughter, Leanne E. Diehl all of Northampton, PA, 3 granddaughters; Holly, Brooke, and Casey, 2 step-grandson; Zachary and Tyler, 3 great-grandchildren; Logan, Brandon, Madison. brother, Edward Michael of Emmaus, PA, sisters, Patricia Michael, and Colleen Michael both of Payson, AZ. She was predeceased by a daughter Michele Fuss in 2022 and a brother, Scott Michael in 1982.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday December 5, 2024, at Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Ave. Northampton, PA 18067 with the Rev. James W. LeVan officiating. Interment will follow in Arlington Memorial Park, Whitehall, PA.
