Luther R. Marsh

Luther R. Marsh , 88 of Coplay, PA, passed away on Monday, June 17, 2024, at Cedarbrook-Fountain Hill in Bethlehem, PA. Born November 10, 1935 in Northampton, PA, he was the son of the late Alvin Marsh Sr. and the late Stella (Fox) Marsh.

After graduating from Northampton Area High School, Luther enlisted in the Army.  He was stationed in Germany for a number of years before entering the reserves and then being Honorably Discharged earning the rank of SP4. After serving his country, he was employed by Western Electric (AT&T) for 28 years as a process analyst. On the side, Luther also maître'd at the Coach and Paddock restaurant in Clinton NJ. In his free time he cherished his time with out with friends, especially his trips to NYC to see the sights and different plays. Luther also enjoyed skiing, making multiple trips to Switzerland to ski.

Survivors: multiples nieces and nephews, brother in law Charles Marks. He was pre deceased by brothers Alvin Jr., and Kermit, and sisters Edith Moyer, Nancy Johnson, Sara Weil, Barbara Marks, and Betty Dech.

Services are private and at the convenience of the family.  Schisler Funeral Homes, Northampton PA, has been entrusted with his care and service.
