Luther F. Schweitzer

Luther F. Schweitzer, 98 of Palmerton, PA died on Thursday, December 2, 2021, at St. Luke's Hospital & Health Network in Bethlehem, PA.
Born June 3, 1923 in Lehighton, PA, he was the son of the late Frank Schweitzer and the late Martha (Sebring) Schweitzer. He was the husband of the late Elaine (Hartranft) Grim - Schweitzer who passed in 2000 and the husband of the late Dorothy (Sassaman) Schweitzer.

He was employed by Pencor Services, Inc. for 30 years before retiring as a Supervisor and Electronics Technician. He was also a Benefactor member of the NRA, a member of the Bowmanstown Rod & Gun Club and a 1946 graduate of the Nat'l Radio Institute.

Luther is survived by a nephew, David Heine of Coopersburg, PA, a niece, Martha Heine of Texas, step-daughter-inlaw, Sandra Grim or Fogelsville, and a step-granddaughter, Shelly Grim of Harrisburg, PA. He was predeceased by sisters, Marion, Margery Repetsky, and Elenore Heine,and Step-son Lamont R. Grim.

A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Friday, December 10, 2021 at Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Ave. Northampton, PA 18067. Friends and family may call prior to the services from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Northampton, PA.
