Lydia Anna Vidori, 96 of Vienna, Virginia formerly of Whitehall (Hokendauqua), PA. passed away on Tuesday, January 19, 2021. Born February 5, 1924 in Hokendauqua, she was the daughter of the late John Schupsky and Anna (Tomaschko) Schupsky. Lydia was the wife of the late Louis P. Vidori who died in January 1998.
Lydia was a graduate of Whitehall High School and spent her life caring for her family as a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and chef extraordinaire. She assisted her community as a Judge of Elections in Whitehall. During the WWII she supported American War effort by fabricating fighter airplane wings; she worked as a seamstress; and she was a long-time member of Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church, Whitehall.
Surviving are daughters, Lanita L. Kemezis of West Chester, PA, and Leanne C., wife of Robert C. Cotten III, of Vienna, VA; four grandchildren; and five great - grandchildren. Lydia was predeceased by her son, Larry L. Vidori.
A graveside service and interment will be held at 2:30 PM on Tuesday January 26, 2021 at Arlington Memorial Park, Whitehall, PA. 18052. Masks required.
