Lynn Santana-Fitzgerald

Lynn Santana-Fitzgerald, 46, of Upper Nazareth, passed away on Wednesday morning, November 13.

Born December 08, 1972, in New York City, NY, she was the daughter of Pedro and Luz Santana of Philadelphia PA. Lynn was the loving wife of Paul Fitzgerald and the adoring mother of Dylan and Jack Fitzgerald.

Over the past twelve years, Lynn worked in various medical secretary and patient care positions at Lehigh Valley Hospital Muhlenberg. Lynn was a dedicated and loving mother to her sons and active in both her boys' swim, baseball, cross country, and track teams, seldom missing a practice, meet or game. She was a member of many school and team committees and served on the Nazareth YMCA board. Lynn will be forever remembered for her kind, gentle, and compassionate manner by her patients, co-workers, family members, and her many devoted friends who loved her.

Along with her husband Paul, her sons Dylan and Jack, and her parents Pedro and Luz, Lynn is survived by a brother, Martin Santana, and nine nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial service on Friday, December 6, at 11:00am at the Nazareth Moravian Church, 4 South Main St, Nazareth, PA.
