Lehighton, Pennsylvania.
Born Tuesday, February 20, 1923 in Charleston, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late William and Esther
(Boyden) Wheeler and wife of the late Archie Higgins.
She is survived by sons, Raymond V. Higgins and Elaine Zielinski of Albrightsville, PA, Robert Higgins of Staford,
Long Island, NY, Jeffrey Higgins of Roswell, GA and Donald Higgins of Newburgh, NY, daughter, Valerie Higgins of
Staten Island, NY; 11 grand children; 3 great grand children.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
