Martin J. Tyahla

Martin J. Tyahla , 73, of Palmerton, PA, passed away on Friday, December 12, 2025, at his residence in Palmerton. Born December 15, 1951 in Palmerton, he was the son of the late Stephen Tyahla and the late Mary (McFadden) Tyahla. He was the husband of Lisa Tyahla, and together the two celebrated 42 years of marriage this past May.

Martin worked as a machinist for 50 years; working for several companies before retiring at Bracalente Manufacturing Group. He loved going for motorcycle rides. He also enjoyed fishing, gardening, and spending time with his family.

Surviving along with his wife Lisa are sons, Dylan Tyahla, and John and companion Bilge Uz.  Daughter, Ivory wife of Tony Romagnoli. Granddaughter, Gabriella Romagnoli. Brothers, Paul and wife Brenda Tyahla, and Stephen and wife Margie Tyahla. Sisters, Mary Sarah wife of Al DiAntonio, Peggy Westbrook, Lorraine wife of Jeff Kuntz, Libby Kratzer, and Christine wife of Michael Montes. He was predeceased by siblings James Tyahla, and Stephanie Raibeck.

Services: The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at Campton Funeral Home, Inc., 525 Delaware Avenue, Palmerton, with a Memorial Service following at 11:00 a.m., with Deacon Edward J.
