Mary Ann Nemchick

Mary Ann Nemchick , 89 of Bethlehem, PA, formerly of Whitehall, PA- Egypt  passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 8, 2024, at Bethlehem Manor Senior Living in Bethlehem, PA. Born May 12, 1935 in Whitehall Twsp., PA, she was the daughter of the late Frank Bohar and the late Anna (Pestor) Bohar. She was the wife of the late Thomas A. Nemchick who passed away May 2002.

Mary Ann was last employed as a line worker for Kraft Foods, Fogelsville, PA for 13 years before retiring in 1986. She was a member of the Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, Whitehall, PA. Mary Ann was an active golfer and bowler with mixed leagues throughout the years. She also enjoyed the casinos and playing the slots.

She is survived by her daughters, Barbara wife of Jeffrey Wirth of Danielsville, PA
Karen A. Pammer of Northampton, PA, and Maureen L. Leaswitch of Walnutport, PA; 13 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son, James L. Herman last  September  6, 2023.

A private funeral service with private interment  will be held for the family. Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Ave. Northampton, PA 18067 has been entrusted with her care and services.
