Pittston, PA, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Frances (Brooks) Walsh and wife of Jerry Underkoffler.
Mary worked as a Telecommunications Sales Executive before retiring.
In addition to her husband she is survived by her son, Justin Underkoffler of Slatedale, daughter, Danielle M.
Underkoffler of Palm Harbor, FL, brothers, Richard Walsh and Edward Walsh, mother-in-law Betty L. Underkoffler.
She was predeceased by brother, Joseph Walsh.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
