Michael G. Hartman,
45, of 2nd Street, Lehighton, Pennsylvania, died suddenly early Sunday morning in East Penn Township, Carbon County, as a result of an accident. Born in Coaldale, Schuylkill County, he was a son of the late Robert R. Hartman, and Mrs. Elaine D. (Leikel) Hartman, of Towamensing Township.
Michael was employed as a Team Leader in the maintenance department, and as a ride operator at Dorney Park, Allentown, and in custodial services at Blue Mountain Resort, Lower Towamensing Township. He also enjoyed working for Mix Masters DJ, Stroudsburg. Michael enjoyed trains, exploring lighthouses, and was a very generous man. He was a 1990 graduate of Palmerton High School.
Survivors: Mother, Elaine. Daughter, Elizabeth K. Hartman of Weissport. Sons, Zachariah M., with whom he resided, Micah, Evan, and Ryan, all of Middleburg, Snyder County. Sisters, Lisa wife of Joseph Gassanja of Norristown, Barbara wife of Joseph Chyko of Weatherly. Brother, Mark and wife Carrie Hartman of Towamensing Township. Several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
